data processed
For platform users: identity, professional contact details, role and company. This data is used for account management, service delivery, invoicing and, with your consent, communications.
retention periods
Active accounts are kept for the duration of the contractual relationship. Inactive accounts are deleted after 3 years. Invoices are kept for 10 years, in accordance with legal obligations.
cookies
The site distinguishes between cookies necessary for operation, audience measurement cookies (kept for a maximum of 13 months) and marketing cookies, set only with your consent.
your rights
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability and restriction over your data, as well as post-mortem directives. Muzzo responds to any request within one month, at contact@muzzo.io.
security
Muzzo applies appropriate technical and organisational measures: restricted access, certified providers bound by a Data Processing Agreement (DPA), notification in the event of an incident.
